Decisions for Year 3 were more challenging, I think this is so because I now have a total understanding of the simulation. I found that it is difficult to make all the ideal choices because my budget may not allow it.
The organizational stakeholders decision I selected initiate a full audit of the supply chain of all K-Tai, Inc.’s consumer electronic products. I feel that the issue presented was worthy of investigation and that the best place to begin would be an audit to confirm if the company was currently using any of the conflict materials. If the audit finds involvement, than a policy addressing the conflict minerals would be developed. This decision would make the stakeholders happy and reflects social responsibility on part of the company.

The compulsory fee is a good idea as long as the funds are used to develop and promote a responsible recycling program.

The risk assessment was the challenge this year. I feel that I should be conducting a domestic and international comprehensive risk every year but my budget will not allow it. I selected to do a comprehensive domestic risk assessment this year. I would like to plan to do a domestic and international assessment every other year. I am not too sure that this is a good decision, but I feel that a domestic risk is better than no risk
