These factors are constantly evolving, changing the definition of my collective x-factor. It led me to think about the interconnectedness and relevance of all aspects of character, even in situations where only one set of skills seems required. At this stage in my life, my totality as a person greatly affects my success as I’m viewed holistically in my academic and personal life. By nurturing underdeveloped traits, I am not merely finding the x factor, but molding and defining it as a strong element that maximizes

As of right now, if I could have any career that I wanted; I would be a radio host, TV show host, or an owner of a store chain. For the TV show, it would most likely be a sport related show such as Sportscenter, Sportsnation, or First Take. I want that to be my career because it’s something that I love to do and something I also have experience doing. I've been a part of The Juice radio show for a little over a year now, I always keep up with sports, regardless if I wanted to go into the sports field or not, and I've known Senator Kevin Matthews for about a year and a half. First and foremost, I've been with The Juice radio show since August 2016, we are mentored by Bobby Eaton Jr.…

He was born in Saginaw, Michigan and was the third of six children from his parents Calvin Judkins and Lula Mae Hardaway. While identity begins with a foundation at birth through genetics, like ethnicity, that are given without choice, identity is a multi-faceted, shaped by responses to trial and tribulations and the environmental circumstances. With all the cultures of the world comes the stereotypes that are paired with them, now whether an individual’s response is to live by and follow them or not is what helps create his or her identity.
