Case management services were provided. WYP (Wraparound Youth Partner) Andy Ngo attempted a meeting the youth in Anaheim. WYP Ngo got a call from WCC (Wraparound Care Coordinator) Jody Taylor that the youth will not be present in Anaheim. WYP Ngo gathered information from WCC Taylor. WYP Ngo discussed with WCC Taylor about the youth’s address. WYP Ngo drove to the youth’s home, but the youth was not home. WYP Ngo knocked on the door and waited for a few minutes before leaving. WYP Ngo will try again to meet with the youth as soon as possible.
