The FSA Retreats back into Southern Vermont, where they begin to build defenses including trenches,barbed wire,and bunkers,which very much resembled the situation in Northern France,1917.Meanwhile,the Canadians do the same in Upper New England, adding naval guns on the coast in case of an invasion by the small,but powerful FSA navy.This situation would result in a two-week stalemate in New England, with nither side being able to advance.
