Technological advancements had major impact on the outcome of the first world war in Europe and world War II in the Pacific. Europe saw new technologies be introduced to the battlefield between 1914 and 1918 such as aircraft, land-used mainly weapons or battleships, while the US saw improvements in those technologies and some new advancements.
