Over 100 million animals are being abused through animal testing. in the United States (US) alone,billions of animals annually, receive in an enormous amount of pain and suffering, in many instances animal use has actually been useless and even counter productive. there are many ways that we can solve this issue we can use thousands of different technologies or even use donors. animal testing is not always animal testing is not always successful and it's harmful to animals but if companies use technology and donors we can eradicate animal testing. Because the microdevices are translucent, they provide a window to the inner workings of human organs¨(Ingber 3). This resolves the issue of animal testing because with the chips animals would not be needed for testing anymore.
Donors are another way that the U.S. can eradicate the abuse that happens to animals everyday. People have given their cells to be tested such as a women did with her cancer cells to be used to find a cure for cancer(). This is a much better, safer way to test and experiment rather than abusing poor animals. Using this method, labs can get a more precise idea of what will happen if their product is used on humans, rather than hoping that human will react the same way the animals did while being tested.
