The person who create the message with the intention of passing it onto others
Encoding
Since the subject of matter communication is theoretical it’s the conversion of subject into these symbols is the process of encoding
Channel
The channel is where the information is send through ether it is formal or informal
Decoding
Is the person who receiver the information and converts the message to a manner in which other people can understand
Receiver
The receiver is the person who receive the message sent by the sender in any manner he can understand

There are situation in which oral communication makes more sense than written communication. Oral communication does not either consume much time as written communication cause just explain the situation or a proses through oral communication is known to be faster.in some cases when u communicate through oral communication there is much higher chance that some people will pay more attention to the problem and it much easier for them to understand it.in also decision making oral communication is much more effective and faster than written communication.
Disadvantages of oral communication
Even if there is a lot of advantages of using oral communication there are the disadvantages of oral communication.in some business oral communication is not enough in case u are proving a point or trying to issue something a written communication is important in this situations. Also in case something goes wrong and there is no written communication filed there will be a really big problem in some situations. Oral communication is also more less detailed and it tend to have more subject in it so some of it is hard to understand for some people.
