The idea of diversity envelops acknowledgment and admiration. It infers understanding that each individual is exceptional, and seeing our individual differentiations. These can be along the measurements of race, ethnicity, money related status, sex, sexual presentation, age, physical capacities, religious convictions, political convictions, or different philosophies. The target community I chose is a public health care institution in Sweden and mostly the disparities arise due to absence of understanding, cultural mindfulness, cultural learning, and adaptability, towards various cultural backgrounds by the healthcare providers.
