Young children always hear stories about men that turn into wolves, a blood thirsty man named Dracula, and dead people who eat brains for dinner. these stories influence the way kids live and act during their lives. As adults monsters still influence the way people live. The monsters that adults see do not remain the same as the monsters seen by children. These monsters can be seen as a person, a feeling, maybe an object or a belief. As adults we learn to hide them better than children, but in a way we do let them dictate our lives more than others.
As time goes on adults learn what monsters really reprisent and where they lurk. Unlike children, we understand that a giant spider will not come out from under our beds,
