Write An Essay On Why I Moved To Bravo

I have had a rough year but I have been controlling myself a lot better than i have. My temper is really bad and I have harmed a couple of kids and myself. I hate the fact that i hurt those kids because i felt like a dad to them. They loved me and i loved them and i cant express in words how bad i felt. I have learned how to control my temper and it has made a world of difference to my attitude. At the beginning of this year I didn't even feel like i was myself. I did some terrible things to good people that didn't deserve to be let down. For example I promised 1sgt Kirk that i would not let him down and not only did I give up on him but I disappointed him a second time. That's why i moved to Bravo where i was giving a third chance. I have done my best to prove that i am not a mess up and that i deserve being in Bravo.

I love those kids to death and they love me. I consider them my sons. I would take a bullet for everyone of them. The kids have told me they want me as CO and I have made it my goal to not disappoint them. I will not give up until I get CO of Bravo no matter what I have to do. I would be a great CO because I know how to keep these kids calm. I believe that we need more company pride and I want all of the staff to be more connected with these kids. We are a family so we need to start acting like it. I would also benefit this company because as an ex SDI I know how perfect everything needs to be and I plan on making the barracks cleaner, FIX OUR DNC and the respect towards cadet staff. I plan on being more of an active CO because I love those kids and I like spending time with them. The grades that some of these kids have are bad and I would change that by either my staff help them out. I want to create homework logs as well that way we know what homework

The 4th Armored Brigade Combat Team (4ABCT) proud tradition of excellence throughout its history took a turn for the worse with its recent deployment and redeployment issues from Afghanistan. An organizational change within 4ABCT is paramount in order to return to its storied heritage of excellence by being a contributing member of the division. Throughout this period I have been very sure to live an increasingly healthy lifestyle. In high school cross-country I won all-region and all-county honors at the varsity level as well a Junior Olympic event championship at the state level in 2010. I know they ask this because it is unclear in our society, why we need a college education. Many sources say that college degrees are useless and I have to agree with them. That one piece of paper is useless, as are most things in life, if the person who has it does not understand how to use it.…

If the schedules, routines, and transitions are planned beforehand and students know what to expect, I will be setting myself up for a classroom with much greater success.
