The puritan religious faith originated in england. They escape to come to america because of the religion freedom.They believe that god had formed a unique covenant and they believed that the bible and its message were above man’s law and therefore, it was a key to salvation. Their lives focused on religion and following god plan and they also believed in hard work, self-discipline and the religious duty.

The similiar between my life their life is that we all came from different country, we also believe in god and hardworking as they do and that we all want to live a simple and a peaceful life. We all believed that if we did a good things is would make him happy and later on we can go to heaven instead of hell. And we believed that nothing could be done to change one’s destiny except to live a life and pray that god would save us at the time of our death. …show more content…
They’ve a strong relationship with god then with their family and friends. They follow the god law and they blame people for witchcraft. For me, i came here because my grandparent sponsor me and my relationship with my family is stronger than relationship with god. We all believe in god but family is also important too. Instead of follow the god law we most likely follow state law more.

In conclusion, there are a different and similarities between my life and the puritan life. But we all believed in god and we believed in things
