In the military there has to be a guideline or something that regulates the conduct of people toward each other. I would like to think of it in differents ways of such. In a family environment, the mother and farther establish rules by which children have to follow. For example, when parents tell their children that they cannot scream and yell at each other they are telling their children a very important rule. On the civilian side it can mean the loss of your job, loss of trust with managing positions, or loss of pay. There are many things that play into each individual point of seeing the the situation. There is not likely two events are ever going to be the same and the outcome can stretch from a verbal counseling to the death of an individual.
