Mcdonalds. Some eat it everyday and some eat it once every year. But, by now we all know that Mcdonald's isn't the best thing for our bodies. So why do we eat it? If we want to have a good healthy life as we grow old, eating those food wont help with that. Unfortunately, some lack the effort of taking care of their life. They may think that it doesn't matter what is consumed; technology today has become so advanced that they can virtually get surgery on anything that is needed. Even though the life expectancy age is not that high, people can live a longer life than it. But, it’s going to take more than just cutting out Mcdonald's to live a longer life.
Another day of being able to be alive on earth is a blessing. But how can you outlive the average of Americans? First off, having a positive outlook on life can definitely help get more years on earth. Enjoying the Summer days with family instead of thinking about taxes or worrying about insure is what my grandmother does. Ever since she was a child, playing, laughing, and having fun with her family and friends was something she did everyday. But, people who say that they be happy and friendly tomorrow or twice awake is not want I want. People need to appreciate their family, as for some day they will not be there anymore.

Eating too much or eating unhealthy foods has a big impact on our body and our life spans. According to health.com, St. Louis University researchers have confirmed that eating less helps you age slower (9). That doesn't mean to starve yourself, but you should eat the appropriate amount of food for your body. It disgust me when people eat Mcdonald's or drink Starbucks everyday. Don't they know what are in those items? If people want to live a longer life, those foods should be knocked off of their daily
