“Hello, Martin,” she said, and laughed, and pushed the stop button. After, the elevator came to a complete stop. I was so scared but I didn't want to show it. Trying to not sound panicky and as clear as I could, said, “I think you clicked the wrong button.” the fat lady replied, “ No it looks right to me.”
Martin wanted to get out and tried everything. He could not get passed her because he was on crutches and she was taking up all the space on the elevator. I wanted to scream but I couldn't. When she put her arms out to grab me the elevator fell. I still could not see anything. We were coming down so fast. I thought to myself, “am I gonna die?”
But then out of nowhere we started to slow down at the third floor. The lights came back on. All the ladys fat was being flung around from how fast we were moving. We came to a complete stop at the first floor. I had landed on the lady, the door opened and I did my best to get out but she grabbed me. I was in so much pain but with all my strength I pulled my foot out of her hands, I rolled out the elevator and people were looking at me crazy. I saw my dad looking at me disappointed as always. He yelled at me, “ What is your deal Martin”
I cried back, “It was the fat lady”
He helped me up and the elevator door shut. As quick as I could I pressed the button. Surprisingly the door opened right away. The lady was gone. After this day I waited one whole week before riding the elevator again. After this Incident, I never saw the fat lady
