I found multiple themes in A Wrinkle in Time. They are family and good versus evil. The main theme is family because Meg’s main goal is to find her father. She goes to find her father with her brother and a new friend. Even though the whole town thinks Mr. Murry left Mrs. Murry for someone else the whole family still believes he will come back. They still believe through the seven years he is working on a top secret government job. The theme is also good versus evil because the main conflict is Meg fighting IT, an evil dictator. Meg is the good force trying to save her father and brother. IT is the evil force capturing Mr. Murry and Charles and trying to Meg as well.
