Wrench, L.L.C. had advanced and showcased a Chihuahua-puppy toon character (Psycho Chihuahua) that highlighted a "don't down" demeanor. Alfaro asked Wrench L.L.C. to propose contract terms for Taco Bell's utilization of Psycho Chihuahua. Taco Bell did not acknowledge the proposed contract. Alfaro kept on advancing the Psycho Chihuahua inside Taco Bell. Taco Bell contracted another promoting organization, which proposed a publicizing effort including a chihuahua. Wrench recorded a suit against Taco Bell in a government region court. Part of the suit was a case that Taco Bell had an implied contract with Taco Bell and that Taco Bell had breached the implied contract.
