Wraparound Youth Partner: Case Study

Case management services were provided through a phone call in the office. WYP (Wraparound Youth Partner) Andy Ngo contacted the youth’s grandfather to check up on the youth. The youth and the youth’s siblings are doing better. They are no longer sick. They went to school today. WYP Ngo reminded the grandfather that he will be seeing the youth tomorrow. The grandfather informed WYP Ngo he would like to reschedule the meeting to next week, because the youth’s older brother is in town for a week. WYP Ngo acknowledged the grandfather’s feelings. The next one on one will be on April 7th, 2016.
