Wraparound Youth Case Study 2011

Case management services were provided in Anaheim. WYP (Wraparound Youth Partner) Andy Ngo was unable to meet with the youth. The youth did not show up to school. WYP Ngo contacted the youth’s mother, but the youth’s mother did not respond. WYP Ngo contacted the youth, but the youth did not respond. WYP Ngo gathered information from the school. The youth is inconsistence with coming to school. The youth has many unexcused absences. WYP Ngo will attempt to meet the youth as soon as possible.
