Wraparound Case Study Summary

Case management services were not implemented. Present at the meeting were WYP (Wraparound Youth Partner) Andy Ngo shadowing and WCC (Wraparound Care Coordinator) Francisco Isais. WYP Ngo and WCC Isais drove around looking for the youth. WYP Ngo and WCC Isais drove to the youth’s home to confirm if he was home. WCC Isais discussed with the guardian about the youth whereabouts. The guardian contacted the school, but the youth was not there. WYP Ngo and WCC drove back to school and waited for the youth. The youth was not present for the meeting.
