On the above date and time, inmate Bobby Rutledge was given several opportunities to go to Medical for pill call and insulin, and he refused. Once Eastside pill call and insulin were on the walk, inmate Bobby Rutledge decided he wanted to go to Medical. PO stated she has been unable to meet with youth since last court hearing on 2/27/17 and youth are not complying with court order.
