Wow Surround Case Study

The Wow Surround, custom designed organization, has developed rapidly in the last three years of the home entertainment industry. However, the growth has occurred in an era that society is forever changing. With that say, sale in Wow Surrounds in the last two locations have not done well as needed in the competitive entertainment industry.
This document will be pointing out how the new vision that will be built for the business sites will be mirroring the eight steps of Leading Change written in by Kotter. The change of moving employees around sites and building a robust training of customer service in the organization will be implemented, in addition, of showing a sustained plan for all sites and future hires in the industry.
