n individual’s set of views about another units attributes and features are considering stereotypes (). In the case of Worldwide Panel LLC, the recruiters have stereotyped some of the applicants that applied for their four open positions with the company. When an applicant told the recruiters that he had no weakness, they felt he was absent of awareness in regards to his weakness, therefore, would not be able to give constructive criticism too (Kreitner & Kinicki, 2013). They did not think about him being caught off guard with this question, therefore, this was a stereotype.

Another negative stereotype the recruiter portray is when an applicate shows different nervous body language it decreases their creditability (Kreitner & Kinicki, 2013).
