What is a worldview? The dictionary defines the term worldview as the overall perspective from which one sees and interprets the world. Also as a collection of beliefs about life and the universe held by an individual or a group. In the biblical sense it is defined as the frame work of beliefs of the world around him. The biblical/Christian worldview on the Question of Origin is answered in the first book of the Bible called Genesis. In this question we are asking our self’s the question of how did life begin or were did we come from? In the first statement of the book of Genesis it says simple “In the beginning God created…” We were created by God in His image. What is right and wrong? A Christian believes that all men are born into the World as a sinner. Sin is of course the wrong thing to do in life because a sin is something or anything that is against God. The reason for this is stated in Genesis 3. Adam and Eve ate from the tree that God had told them not to eat from, much like a small child today doing just the opposite of what mom and dad says. Because of this all of mankind is born in to sin. What about Destiny? What does that mean? It is the question that most of us ask our self’s, is there life after death? Where am I going when I die? Christians believe in two places for life after death, Heaven and Hell. The only way to get to heaven is though Jesus Christ. One must put their trust in Christ for everlasting life. When you put your trust in Christ you are forgiven of your sins. You must be forgiven of your sins to enter into heaven because sin separates you form God. The Christian worldview should influence me in multipliable ways. One is the way that I interact with other humans; I should always treat, speak and think of other the way that I would want to be treated, the way I wanted to be spoken to, and the way I want to be thought of. I should also remember to reflect God in all I do. Also I should always look at any person looking for my vote though the Christian worldview. I should always make sure that is the
