Sometime the reporter does not have enough time to indicate their all information. How do they represent all of business reporting 50 page by an hour? Graph can help you to do it. If you just have only word sentence in your presentation, it will not be interesting and be come to boring report. By using the charts and graphs will support you to display information and much easier to understand and interpret the data.
