“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (2 Tim 3:16-17, New International Version). There are no Heavens and Earth without God. God is the creator of every living thing on Earth. Throughout the Bible God states how good everything he created is. The Bible discusses creation, God, humanity, sin, the good life, and salvation.
Creation
“For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything.” (Heb 3:4, New International Version). I always believed God created everything and everyone for a purpose. “For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.” (Roman 8:19, New International Version)I always heard about creation alongside babies. People would say abortions are wrong because God created the baby. From reading the word I learned God created Adam first. Then God formed Eve to keep Adam from being lonely. “The Lord God said, [It is not good for man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.” (Gen 2:18, New International Version). Additionally, the Bible deliberates on humanity.

God is with us throughout every process we take on. “Jesus looked at them and said, [With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Matt 19:26, New International Version). Our faith does not belong in man but in God only. “For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.” (1Cor 15:22, New International Version). I was taught to seek God in every crisis. Jesus was sent to save us not cause fear of judgment. “For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” (John 3:17, New International

In Genesis 2, God gave us the blessing of marriage when He created Eve from Adam’s rib. They first lived happily together in the garden until the sin came. However, when they were asked by God, neither of them admitted it. It is sad to say that humans never take their responsibilities when doing something wrong, but instead, they try to blame on anyone or anything else. Another broken relationship mentioned in the Bible was between Cain and Abel, the two sons of Adam and Eve.…

Humans were created in the image of God, and were created by God. Human identity can be identified as the understanding of God and his word, and the meaning of our true nature. However, the book of Romans articulates that humans have ignored the word of God and continuously live in sin, regardless of the outcome. What is the purpose of human’s, the Bible states that God made humans to rule over all the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground. He also wanted humans to procreate and live in the world that he had made for us. Our Lecture 5 notes say that God’s purpose for humanity was to reconcile people to himself through rescue, redemption, and renewal. The root cause of human problems is that we are sinful in nature and that is why God made it so that when we are bearing children it is painful, that is why we have to work for our food and clothes and why we do everything that we do whether it be good or…

Many people in the world today have decided that a world view does not matter; that everyone can simply believe what they would like to believe, and it would not make a difference. However, this is not true; a man’s worldview determines his every act! (Overman) Hitler for example, believed that Jews, disabled people, and elderly people were worthless; he thought that he could make a perfect world.…

The author of Ecclesiastes seems to be a depressed person. Someone might even say that he is a pessimist, but despite all the criticism on the author it seems he is just a realist about life. It is very easy to see that people would think the book of Ecclesiastes is depressing and the author is messed up. Verses like “And I declared that the dead, who have already died, are happier than the living, who are still here,” (Ecclesiastes 4:2) seems very strange and not what Yahweh would of wanted.…

In order to understand God’s creation, a person must have a belief in the word of God, which is considered the Bible. God’s involvement in His creations should be a foundational belief for all Christians. In this essay, one will be able to understand the theology of creation and the involvement of God is His creation, as well as how this will have an impact on my career as a nursing student. God’s global agenda, that sounds like one overwhelming task because of it’s immensity. Luckily I was blessed with the oppurtunity to interview two increidble pastors and ask them what they think about it. I was able to speak to Tirsha Thornbury, youth pastor of Conejo Valley Community Church, and Glen Barnes, head pastor at First Baptist Church of Lodi. They broke down what they think God’s global agenda is and how both of them as individuals and as head of a church body are able to contribute to it.…
