It, without a doubt, is hard to change one’s worldview because worldview primarily operates as a filter of how the one interprets the reality on the subconscious level. Model United Nations, MUN, however, indeed, has rendered me with a rudiment knowledge regarding the world issues. I, throughout my MUN experiences, have learned and experienced the things that are not typical in daily life. I, by dealing with the world issues in the debates, have realized that the issues we discuss during the debate are indeed ubiquitous and it is our job to at least attempt to render a better place for the next generation. Before taking MUN class, I was apt to be a person who regard the issues going around the world as trivial affairs. It, however, was not.
