I work at Northwoods Community Realty, my certification areas are core skills, safety and security, accounting services basic unit, and accounting services advanced unit. Most of my skills in my work place certification areas are completed with a 3 or exceeds entry level criteria. In the core skills area I complete all, but two skills act professionally, and cooperating with others in a team setting. Im the safety and security field I have completed all safety requirements, with consistency and efficiency. Within the business financial management pathway in accounting services basic and advanced services with complete efficiency in accounts payable, payroll, and tax reporting.
Although I only have a few skills in this area, these are skills that I am new to, or have not had much experience in this year. under core skills I could use some work on my team setting skills, usually in my office alone, working in a team setting is not difficult for me and is something that i

Although not every category was perfect, because i can always make improvements. Workplace Communication, is a key aspect to working at a small office like NCR, i have to be able to communicate with my colleagues, mentors and boss proficiently. Improving these skill could be solving issues more calmly and respecting others feelings and thoughts. Sometimes mastering technology in the workplace can be a great challenge, because i work with several programs that i had no prior experience with. Working with the technology everyday give me lots of practice and helps me learn new things about the programs i'm using everyday. Lifelong learning is essential to being a YA student and student worker, i value my mentors and the time they take to help be get experience in the workforce, before I leave high school.
