On 9/25/16 at 2157 hours, Officer Acosta and I were working patrol assigned to unit 3A22. We were traveling west bound on Claremont St, just west of Fair Oaks Ave, when we heard approximately 8 to 10 gunshots coming from the north of us.

Officer Acosta and I responded to the area of Pepper St, east of Sunset Ave, in the Cul de sac. As I started canvassing the area, searching for any possible Suspects, Witnesses, Victims and or evidence, I observed possible blood splatter in the parking lot of the King’s Villages north of Pepper St Cul de sac.

Sgt Aguilar #0091, Officer Acosta and I followed the trail of blood splatter northeast through the parking lot, through the playground area in front of unit #1313, and south down the sidewalk in
