As I was walking to the entrance of the business, a female pointed out an approaching male subject and stated he was not allowed at the committee. Before I was able to identify the female, I made contact with the male subject, who identified himself as Mr. Richard Charbonneau (Involved Person 1). He also advised he was a “member” and stated he was allowed to be in the meeting. I requested Mr. Charbonneau to remain outside until I was able to gather more information. Mr. Charbonneau agreed to stay outside, so I went inside the office and made contact with the female, who identified herself as Ms. Susan Hammerling (Complainant). She advised she was the Vice-Chairman of the committee and the meeting was a closed meeting. Mr. Charbonneau was not …show more content…
Charbonneau the information, Ms. Hammerling advised the Chairman, Mr. Richard Lacey (Involved Person 2), was approaching the office door. I looked towards the window and front door to the office and observed Mr. Lacey approaching. As he was approaching, I observed Mr. Charbonneau stepping in front of the front door and it appeared he was trying to block Mr. Lacey from entering the door. To prevent conflict between the two subjects, I attempted to exit the office (through) the front door. As I approached the front, I observed Mr. Charbonneau placing his left foot close to the door to prevent anybody from opening it. I pushed the door, but was unable to open it at first. I heard Mr. Lacey advised Mr. Charbonneau to move out of the way or he was going to get law enforcement involved. At this time, I was able to push the door open and instructed Mr. Charbonneau to leave the property. Mr. Lacey also agreed Mr. Charbonneau was not invited to the meeting and Mr. Charbonneau needed to leave the property. Without further conflict, Mr. Charbonneau left the property in his green Toyota (FL/LILS DAD). After Mr. Charbonneau left the property, there were no further issues and the committee had their
