On 11/2/2017 I was dispatched and responded to 5237 Miller Bayou Drive reference to a deceased subject.

Upon arrival, I met with rescue personnel with Engine #42 of the Port Richey Fire Department. I was advised they pronounced a female within the residence deceased at 3:34PM.

I made contact with a male subject outside of this residence. This male identified himself as being William Stevens. William advised he arrived at this residence to check on his friend who he identified as being Kathleen Cuddihy, William advised he walked under the garage door and entered the residence at which time he observed Kathleen lying on the floor. William stated that he checked Kathleen for a pulse which yielded negative results. William stated at this time he immediately called 911 for rescue services. William advised that Kathleen has multiple medical problems and has recently been coughing up blood on a regular basis. William advised that family and the deceased family has been attempting to have her reside at an assisted living facility which she refused.

There were magazines slightly above the deceased head and a walker on top of her. It appears the deceased may have fallen at the time of her medical emergency. There were no observable lacerations or signs of foul play to the deceased body. I observed the deceased to be wearing a gray T shirt and white soiled underwear. Upon rolling the deceased, I observed lividity on her back consistent with the position that the body was found in. The deceased body had an onset rigor mortis, indicating that the time of death may have been within the last 4 hours.
