My organization is a children’s hospital which is in the Healthcare industry. We are a part of the Methodist healthcare system. Baptist is one of our competitors who recently opened a Children’s Hospital within the last year in Memphis. LeBonheur was the only children’s hospital for many years. St. Jude is another children’s hospital located in Memphis however, because it is a research hospital specializing in children with cancer it is not much of a competition for the other area hospitals. Lebonheur was ranked regionally number 5 for best Children’s Medical Hospitals and number 3 in the state of Tennessee (U.S. News, 2015). St. Jude research hospital has children being admitted from all across the country they are treating the toughest
