I enjoyed reading your post. You provided two good examples of how covering up an organization’s deviant or criminal behavior is detrimental to society for generations to come. Deviant behavior in the workplace can be any actions that the employee(s) displays that go against the norm of the organization while threatening the members, the organization, or both (“Workplace Deviant Behavior,” 2014).
