Workplace Daycares: Work Or Family?

In today’s time, many adults are faced with a tough decision: Work or Family? Sixty percent of U.S. citizens currently hold jobs, and seventy-one percent of these employees have children. Many in the labor force refuse to have kids simply because they will not have enough time to spend with them. Although maternity and paternity leave are available, it is not enough. However, a new creation and practice has been created: Workplace daycares.
Workplace daycares are in-job sites in which professionals watch over company employees’ children. Company workers are forced to leave or miss work when they cannot find someone to babysit their kids. These parents also call and check on their kids frequently. When adults use all their time to worry
