Social interaction is based on persons with various personalities trying to co-exist in a particular space. Some personalities can be submissive, dominant, introverted and even extroverted; while some personalities can be happy or even aggressive. In the workforce persons with various personalities must co-exist for a specific number of hours engaging in activities that may be stressful or disliked; therefore persons whose personalities may be that of an aggressive or controlling manner may try to impose their will and opinions on others even if it is not wanted. Their study consisted of persons who were bullied within six (6) months of the study, previously bullied and those who witnessed work colleagues who were bullied. Their link with tertiary education and lifelong learning was examined as the impact of bullying and education was examined.
