Noise is one of the major factors of employee’s destruction, leading to decrease employees accidents and increase job stress. Study shows that workplace distraction and employees accidents by as much as 40% and increase errors by 27% (Bruce 2008) The environment is man’s immediate nearby which he handle for his existence. Wrongful handle introduce hazards that make the environment unsafe and impede the productivity rate of workers. The workplace entails an environment in which the workers perform his work while an effective workplace is an environment where results can be achieved as expected by management (Chapin’s, 1995).
