Worth of a single human life is of thousands of millions. The safety at workplace is a vital issue and cannot be neglected. Especially in those organization where heavy machinery is usually used. The employees who are able to perform their work with great safety can work effectively and efficiently, where it probably might prevent accidents from occurred at the workplace. Work place accident not only could be dangerous but also could impact on the daily operation of the organization. To find the reason and solutions of accident the first is to prevent from these accidents. If no step is taken to prevent from such accident it could affect the image of the company. Noise is one of the major factors of employee’s destruction, leading to decrease employees accidents and increase job stress. Study shows that workplace distraction and employees accidents by as much as 40% and increase errors by 27% (Bruce 2008) The environment is man’s immediate nearby which he handle for his existence. Wrongful handle introduce hazards that make the environment unsafe and impede the productivity rate of workers. The workplace entails an environment in which the workers perform his work while an effective workplace is an environment where results can be achieved as expected by management (Chapin’s, 1995). According to Taylerson who confirm that effective workplace communication helps organizations select and tailor their programs and policies to meet the specific need of their employees. By meeting the needs of employees, their moral are boosted, they are psychologically and emotionally stable to perform effectively at workplace thereby we reducing the accidents in textile industry (Taylerson, …show more content…
Family and internally problems are domestic problems. The employee which they are working in an industry their work suffer from marital married unmarried substance abusing medical legal problems and financial.
There is a research of EA professionals(EAPA, 1996) the most default problem identified were family issues (25%), stress (23%), and workplace/job conflict (9%).of course, problem in one area may lead to problem in other areas.
