2. I would really like to improve my sleep schedule by going to bed and waking up at the same time every day. This semester, none of my mornings start at the same time, so some days I get to sleep in a little bit. Knowing that I am able to sleep in means that I stay awake later, and I really do not get any extra sleep.
3. I think my lack of sleep stems from all of the other aspects of living a healthy lifestyle. There are only so many hours in a day and I feel like I can never get everything done, so I compensate by staying up later. I find that this problem is more …show more content…
It is very important for me to get this bad habit under control. I feel as though if I am able to sleep well, I will be able to do well in other aspects of my life.
5. Understandably, my sleep schedule/life balance is at its best in the summer. I have less things on my plate and I am able to focus more on staying healthy because I do not have to worry about school. School is something that is going to end in life so I know I have to really focus on it which causes me to lose focus on the aspects of my life that will continue to exist for the rest of my life.
6. I think the worst time I have experience with my sleep schedule/life balance was last semester. It was not necessarily that my classes were hard, but they required a lot of work. They all had assignments that were due weekly, along with readings. When you think about taking four classes that each have an assignment due each week, that is a lot of assignments and A LOT of reading. I was also doing my work placement at the time which required me to spend 10 hours a week at a physiotherapy clinic. Luckily, I was able to get some school work done in my down time at the clinic. I felt very overwhelmed because I couldn’t see an end when it came to my school
