Workout Log Analysis

Throughout the week I have been getting up in the morning around 6:30 and doing some intense workouts for thirty to forty-five minutes a day, outside of class. Before each of my workouts, my resting heart rate is usually seventy-two beats per minute, which is average. I always like to start my workout with a little bit of a warm up just so I can get my blood pumping and get my muscles warmed up. My warm up usually consists of jogging two laps around the track and then doing some warm up stretches such as lunges and high knees and more. I use about 50% intensity for my warm up just so I make sure that I will not pull anything during my exercise. For my actual exercise, me and a friend would run in the Fort Hays main gym where there is Gate
