When coach handed me the list of workouts to do on the sheet of paper, I balled up the paper with anger growling inside of me.
“I can't do all these workouts in one day! That's impossible!'' I said breathing hard and fast. I felt as if my head was about to explode; my hands form into a fist and my nails dug into my skin. I shut my eyes trying to calm myself down. How can someone do all of these workout in one day?
My body was shaking like a rattle snake ready to attack. When I forced my eyes to open, I was startled to see coach in front of me. He was so close to me that I could hear and feel his short breath brushing against my face. Even though he was taller and twice my size, there was no way in hell I was going to back down.

He had me cornered most of the time and when I finally had him, he came back with a quick hit on my side causing me to groan in pain.
The last hit had me on the floor holding my own weight. Coach walked up in front of me and smacked me on the back of the head. When I looked up, He smirk.
''Practice is over! Seeing as you can't handle my hits or even protect yourself. '' He said jumping out of the ring.
''And you wonder why I call you pussy, right? Finish the workout and I’ll see you on the next practice.'' He admits taking his gym bag and walking to the door. He stops and turn his head around towards me, causing me to eye him.
''You may be the best fighter I've seen Nick, but in my eyes you never will be a great fighter, if you keep letting your anger take over you.'' Severe pin out honestly as he disappeared from the gym.
I sigh sadly, glancing around pictures and motivational poster around the building. I want my picture up there, I thought to myself. I got out the ring and trace back my steps looking for the crumble up paper with the workouts on
