Working Out Research Paper

You can mix and match what day you do the workouts so long as you work out 4 days per week. (I.E. Monday’s workout of Back and Cardio can be performed Tuesday of the following week) …. Just be sure to hit all the exercises and workouts I have listed to the point for the next 4 weeks.
THIS COMPLETES THE 12 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM- As Diana gets more and more accustomed to the program the workouts get harder and more intense to help her achieve her goals.

NUTRITION
Along with the exercising, diet makes up a huge part of the goals you are trying to accomplish. There is a specific diet I want you to have throughout the entire 12-week program. It is designed specially to help you lose weight and cut fat and help you look physically fit for our class reunion

Daily Diana Prince should get approximately 1 1/2 cups of fruit (apple, bananas, etc.) and 2 1/2 cups of vegetables

She wants to look fit and good for her class reunion. I propose she lose 10 percent body fat and get to a goal weight of 135-140 lbs. She can cut the fat as well as put on the muscle. There were different phases of my workout program (phase 1- was to focus on muscular endurance, phase 2- more strength, phase 3- burn the fat maintain the muscle). Reps, sets, and number of workouts per week were adjusted based on these needs as seen above. (All rest times were 1 minute, water every 15 minutes). Along with the 12-week program, I came up with the amount of nutrients she needs in order to meet her energy demands. If she follows what I told her she will lead a healthy lifestyle as well have the energy she needs and the results she wants (also she needs to get 250 grams of carbs). I believe this is the best program for her to see success. This program allows her to lose weight, cut body fat, live healthier, have more energy, and be fit for her reunion and ensures if she does to properly be safe, learn a lot,
