Today’s children are tomorrow’s citizens. The future of a nation depends on its citizens. As a mother is the first teacher and friend of every child, every nation depends on them for healthy and functional citizens. Motherhood gives women the responsibility of raising a child. Some compromises are necessary to handle it. Especially when the mothers are working, more adjustments are to be made. It is very tough job to play both the roles of a mother and an employee. It is the largest bank and financial company in the United States, and the world's fifth largest bank with total assets of US$2.6 trillion. According to Forbes magazine Chase is world's third - largest public company based on a its ranking and also JPMorgan Chase is the 2nd largest hedge fund in the United States. The company was formed in 2000 when Chase Manhattan Corporation merged with J.P. Morgan & Co.

Chase has more than 5,100 branches and 16,100 ATMs nationwide. JPMorgan Chase has 260,965 employees (up till 2012) and operates business in more than 85 countries. JPMorgan Chase currently has property of approximately US$2.6 Trillion.

Despite a challenging year for the financial services sector, JPMC continued to add family-friendly benefits. They give to moms 12 weeks fully paid leave and 14 weeks of unpaid leave. They also give a week full leave to the father.
The former Chase Manhattan had already established its child-care credentials with child care center in Brooklyn, New York, headquarters, which serves about 100 kids includes backup care. They opened almost 16 centers in 2002. Now they have many centers in which more than 1000 children are taken
