Working In The Healthcare Environment

Working in the healthcare environment, I come across several different personality types. I interacted with nurses and doctors on an everyday bases that has a hard time speaking when entering into a room or an area, in additional to, avoiding eye contact when holding a conversation. However, I do know some peoples' culture come into play with personality. Not to mention, I interact with individuals that lack social skills. In addition to, working at a mental hospital, I totally interact with different type of personality, people that are cheerful one minute sad the next minute.
