In some aspects, schools can't give the life experiences that jobs supply to students. After high school or college, people knowing how to support themselves is crucial. Being pushed to leave the home to work makes people more inclined to be more social and active. Many jobs require large amounts of cooperation. Even though schools stress cooperation, institutions don’t execute working together as well as real world jobs. People gaining the ability to give and take orders efficiently helps with cooperation. Leadership is pushed in schools, but working enhances the role that leadership plays in the lives of students. Students being put in the leader role at their job brings confidence to them.
