Looking past the past through the present to the future working and learning about responsibility is very important to me . My dad taught me a lot about work not only having a job but working hard to make sure his family is fed and we have the things we need. My father was a single parent after my mother die in 2002. Having three kids to take care of wasn 't part of his plan. My dad took care of us financially and emotional, which was very hard dealing with his emotions he felt for my mother. Being that she was gone, he didn 't really have the hope he needed but pulled through and he showed the responsibility someone needed to have to succeed. Now I work at Cub 25 hours a week and with school work it 's hard but the possibilities a truly are important. I get paid each and every week and my pay check feel smaller and smaller because I pay bills. But I have that responsibility like my dad had when he was raising three kids. My job is important to the store. I am a cashier in the front end of the store. You may think it 's easy but , we have to watch for theft , ring all the customers up , and some times we help bag. Customers get angry when they have to wait in line , so I try and ring everyone fast but not too fast because I don 't want them to think I 'm being rude. but if my job doesn 't get done then no one is satisfy at the end of the day. I love making customer happy , even if it is a bad day I still want my customers to go home with a smile on the face at the end of the day. However, I don’t like lifting or standing 10 hours a day because I get a lot of back pain which causes problems for me through out the day. even though work has its ups and down I still believe in being hard-working. Ten years from now I see myself as having my P.H.D as a doctor. I want to be successful not only with the money but also successful in knowing that I helped someone grow a little taller, make their grin a little deeper. I want to be the doctor that patients love to come to. The doctor that has lollipops on the counter for when my patients come in and get the check up. I want to become a doctor for family and general practitioners because helping others feel like they are important no matter if they are sick or not. I really want to do my work in San Diego, California, or in Florida because they have great whether and the living expenses are high but great homes on the beach . I want to work more individually having someone that see the same doctor on a daily basis so that I can get comfortable with them and make sure my patient are comfortable with me instead having more then one doctor on a weekly basis. I want to know my patients names when they walk through that door because I gives them more enthusiasm to come back. "Iseek.org" on wages in the us stated that he pay for this position I will be working is getting payed 85.69 dollars an hour and they would be a good benefit for my family as of putting food on the table and making sure they have all the things they need (4).
