Agency & Representative Background The Workforce Impact Center works to help those who are struggling with employment. They focus on a training aspect and self-sufficiency. Brian Ophus, the supervisor, attended Bemidji State University and graduated in the spring of 2014. He has a license in Social Work and focuses on social services. Amber Neumann is the centers case manager. She has a political science major from Bemidji State University. She enjoys investing in the community and being a safety net to those who need it. Chad Schroth is the financial specialist at the Workforce Impact Center. Furthermore, he worked with the Human Resources department in the Army for 10 years.

It creates jobs for companies in the Bemidji area. Being involved with the client is based off of a partnership and involves commitment. Therefore, it can be difficult to work with a client who isn't committed to showing up and wanting to improve on their training.
