In the modern society, some new epidemics have been reported which are the field of study of many individuals, stress in workplace being one of them. According to Jaramillo , Mulki , and Boles (2011), about one third of the workers in the United States report high levels of stress. In their study they also indicate that stress is particularly high in some jobs where interpersonal interaction is part of their work environment.
