The prosecution would try to prove its case by trying to have more important information and win the case by having better arguments and winning the case.The prosecution sides job is to try to prove that the defendant is guilty. What would be the strategy of the defense team? What is the role of evidence? Why is it important? To prove that they weren’t forced to work and they got paid money to work. What, in your opinion, was the strongest argument and evidence and why? I believe that the prosecution side had the strongest argument because.. It showed more evidence such as kids dying low payments, losing loved ones and even more . For example most of the people that worked there got hurt in someway. Like the guy that lost his legs. A quote that proves this is “Before I lost my legs in a blast furnace explosion I made $10.00 a week.” Who was the most believable witness? Why? the strongest argument and in my opinion evidence was when I noticed that people lost their legs and children from working. I think this because they were risking their lives every single day and not even get paid ef deaths and injuries involved
