Thoughts to ponder

My developed areas of my work performance are my ability to receive professional criticism and my leadership capabilities. Some areas that are underdeveloped are my teamwork abilities. I never liked working as a team because I don’t trust people well enough to work with them as a team. My leadership ability is dominant, solely because of my background in the military. I have led dozens of soldiers and sometimes it’s hard for me to remember that I’m working with civilians and not United States Army Soldiers. At this particular moment in my professional career, I think that I have a lot of areas that can be improved on such as my decision-making. Completing the same task over and over enhances a person knowledge of the task thus creating growth both emotional and psychical. An individual may use their experience in order to positively affect their decision making which also creates growth. Policy is influenced by people personality who creates them because they rely on their own experiences and knowledge in order to create a effective policy for the environment. My personality reflects my interaction with my clients and staff members in a positive way. I am a very motivated individual, which is a part of my personality so I am always encouraging people and trying to better myself in every way each day. 18) SOAP stands for subjective, objective, assessment and plan. Subjective and objective are both a part of data collection. Assessment refers to assessing the situation and planning refer to planning out the nest step.

I think that interviewing is part of the helping process because, in order to be a help or even administer treatment, you must know your client and if you can help him or her. A proper assessment is very detailed and involves applicant cooperation in order for the helper to receive the correct information. If a client confeditality was breached a person could be fired, fined or lose their license as it is part of the NASW code of
