At first, I did not have a clue what the job description entailed. Once I did some research on the occupation, I learned that I would most likely enjoy doing the job. There are several business transactions done in the field that I would be confident in taking part in. Some of my greatest strengths is being able to analyze information and finding the most efficient way to fix a problem. My current major is management; however, the occupation suggests majoring in Accounting, maybe I can pick up Accounting as a minor.

The first line of the report indicated that I am actively looking for a way to help people. I feel as if this goes back into my personality. It does however, mention in detail, managing people. A method of managing people is making observations. I am constantly monitoring and making sure everything is done right and efficiently. Keeping calm while doing so is a must. You also have to take into accountability each individual that you are talking to, and taking their emotions into account. The slightest word or phrase can break a conversation resulting in helping or hurting someone.
Values Assessment After taking this assessment, I had an occupation that fit all the values that I selected. Now that I think about the first three assessments, a field health officer is responsible for monitoring the overview health of communities. Being thrown into the medical field was something I did not see coming. The results are also something I do not agree with. There was a time in my early years of high school where I thought the medical field was going to be for me. In the end, I realized there is a lot of blood and my body is not able to handle it.
