Leadership is defined as the ability to take charge and manage your co workers. When required, is a very welcomed trait. This quality is well sought after employers, coaches and teachers. I have been told by multiple authorities of my talent to lead. In correlation I have been captains of the school's tennis team, school and club volleyball teams as well as asb. On our handout we are told that jobs are constantly changing and evolving. Employers and people in anarchy positions are looking for people who are constantly ready to improve their skills and learn more. I was forced to use my learning skills when I switched from volleyball to tennis. Adapting my athletic skills was difficult but I was able to learn faster when I had an open mind and was asking for constant help. Because the tennis coach noticed my learning skills along with my leadership abilities I was offered position as team captain.
One weakness that is common in high school is academic incompetence in math and reading. Although most jobs do not require one to be well informed in calculus, we are always supposed to be familiar with math and reading on a smaller scale. Most students have stronger personality skills that outshine their weaknesses, so our loss for knowledge in that area can be evened out.
