Woodrow Wilson was known as one of the best presidents that we have had and I would have to agree with that! Woodrow Wilson was the 28th president who served in office from 1913 to 1921. Wilson led America though World War 1 (1914-1918); he was an advocate for democracy and world peace. Wilson was a college professor, university president, and a democratic governor of New Jersey before becoming the president of the United States.
